The next couple of weeks are vital to the troop. On July 24th the Planning PLC will be held to prepare for the Troop Annual Planning Conference on August 4th.
Scouts
- contact your patrol leaders with ideas by the 24th.
Patrol Leaders
- you must be at the PLC and the Annual Planning Meeting.

| 2008 Silent Drill Team Campout |
Schedule
On the evening of Aug 15th, we'll see the Silent Drill Team at the Marine Corp barracks in Washington DC. Then on Saturday morning, we'll visit Arlington National Cemetery. The plan is to then arrive back home Saturday afternoon before dinner.

The Silent Drill Team
The Silent Drill Team is an extremely popular event. We had to request tickets well in advance. The Marines have given us a block of 30 tickets to work with. We'll need to do this on a first come, first served basis. The cost will be $10 per person.

Bring the permission slip to the next troop meeting. Remember, drill team tickets are first come, first served.
